Royalty Care Mobile Nursing Services offers non-emergency, in-home nursing and care services in Midway, Georgia and surrounding areas. Services are provided based on individual needs and availability.

Our services are not intended for emergency medical situations.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Clients (or their legal representatives) agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information 
• Follow agreed-upon care plans and instructions 
• Maintain a safe environment for care providers 
• Communicate any changes in condition or needs promptly 

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance 
• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling 
• Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee (if applicable) 

• Payment is due as agreed upon prior to or at the time of service 
• Fees will be clearly communicated before services are rendered 
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice 

Royalty Care Mobile Nursing Services provides care with professionalism and diligence; however, we are not liable for:

• Outcomes beyond our control 
• Pre-existing conditions or complications 
• Issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client 

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA.

Services are subject to staff availability, location, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for safety or compliance reasons.
